Bonti has been around since the 90s. They were actually one of the very first players within their segment to start E-commerce in Sweden. Today they are one of the leading Omni channel retailers of Baby products, strollers and everything a becoming parent needs.
Community
The community is extremely important for Bonti, and already highly visible and engaging in Social media, it was time to open up for the community on their own website as well.
Bonti wanted to encourage discussions, start boards and lift the knowledge within the community where it does most good: directly in the online store.
Community quests
Starting out as a Fabulous Buttwiper. Bonti rewards community engagement both digitally and physically.
Digitally through a collection of doodle style trophies and hard earned statuses, and physically through a line of quests/tasks available for all members. Contributors within the community will earn traditional bonus points while accomplishing untraditional tasks and quest lines.

What's happening in the community right now? Bonti shows, on the start page, which members are online right now and what they are up to, using customer avatars and activity tracking. They also lift the latest comments, pictures and present the current high score chart within the community.
Personal profile modal
Always available from the Community button in the website header. All customers have their own profile modal that gathers all relevant progression within the community. My avatar, trophies, likes, content, notifications and current tasks/quests.
