The goal with Inets new community functionality was to make it interesting for customers to share knowledge, help each other, review products and let everyone know their expectations on up and coming products.

There are tons of thoughts, experiences and expectations on computer and gaming products, so why not make it interesting to share all this with the community?

ACHIEVEMENTS AND LEVELS

Inet uses a traditional leveling system, from 1 to 20 where unlocking achievements is the means to collect points and leveling up. Achievements are unlocked by helping other customers, rating products, getting upvotes and purchasing stuff.

There are about 500 different achievements to unlock in total with point values from 50p to 1000p. So far, Inets customers have unlocked more than 15 million achievements.

HIGH QUALITY CONTENT

Customers are rewarded, digitally, for writing product reviews. Increasing content coverage on the catalog.

Emphasis is not only on content quantity but as much on quality, rewarding content with many words and many upvotes from other customers. Top voted reviewers are both rewarded and displayed individually on the website.

HYPES

Upcoming products in this segment, are often bound to create a buzz within the community. Expectations for the next graphic card series, next generation gaming console, new Intel CPU or VR-headset are extremely interesting, not only for the die hard fans, but for all consumers considering to pre order.

Inet calls this kind of comments for Hypes and it quickly became a way of commenting as natural and frequently used as regular product reviews, and it brings as much quality on products not yet released.
